Guess What Came in the Mail Today?

Ages ago I sent away for a free sample of "Breathe Right" nasal strips to stop snoring, and I'd forgotten all about it.  And when I got home from shopping there it was in the letterbox, strangely.  He is SO wearing one tonight and if they're any good I'll be buying a bulk pack.

I toyed with the idea of driving to Wagga the back way after I dropped Em at Julie's but Julie asked if I could collect Em at 2 instead of  3 today and that would have made it very tight so I drove on up to Temora instead just for a change.  Got a big grocery order and some really cheap meat,  several packs of ribs that I can't get here, four rib eye steaks all marked down drastically.  I do love a meat bargain.

The email and the invoice I received in the mail from the caravan park said two different types of villa and this is the one I wanted so I rang and changed it and it's cheaper than the other one (which was six berth with bunks which we don't need).  So what we'll save as well as the kind discount they're giving us (because it's my birthday) will pay for our aquarium tickets.  This villa has two king single beds in the second bedroom and a tv which will be good for the kids.  It's cheaper because it's older and further from the pool apparently but we don't care about that, and it's really nice inside.  I am just so excited about our little trip, we've got it all planned and written out where we're going on what day.

Nice huh?
It's still cold and miserable and wet but I don't feel as tired as I did.  Off to pick up Em, might take her for a hot chocolate.
