Yes today I did that. So tempting to go there when you're feeling lonely, neglected and lost. But there is no satisfaction to be found on that path. Not at all. The time will come, when that time is right, that my needs will be met without hurting the ones I love the most, the ones who are dependent upon me right now.
I choose to live my life with integrity and honesty. I cannot make anyone else make that choice. But my day will come. And when it does, I will hold my head high and know I've made good and right choices.
Having said that the Pork Balls were fantastic!!! I made them up from memory and the kids (bless their little hearts) claimed they were better than the original ones. I made a dog breakfast of an Asian salad and cooked jasmine rice and it was a perfectly spiffy dinner if I do say so myself.
Talked to my biggest sister on the phone which was great. She's old, yet cool. In an old kind of way.
I hold all my tension in my lower back.

hugs. and stay away from the dark side! It doesn't like to let go.
keep your head high and try to be nice to your lower back.
Winter can do that to you. I feel really bleak when i have to shut up the house as the sun goes down knowing it may be a full 14 hours before I speak to anyone again - an old lady told me that ibn winter it is really important to get outside in the morning sun and get it on your arms and face and legs - (brrrr) it helbs beat the blues for her...
