But this could be that I read a quote from French philosopher Voltaire, (wonder if they wrote that as "occupation" on their census form?) to the effect "a boring man leaves nothing out". I've often felt my blog is boring, but then so are most of the details of my day to day life.
A bit preoccupied with the first session of our course this afternoon and also the court hearing on Monday, especially as we have no idea what will happen and nobody seems to be able to tell us. Emily has been to school Tuesday and yesterday although yesterday was a half day for sport. I took them for a walk and then Emily and I went to the library and she actually borrowed a book so the afternoon wasn't a complete waste.
I had a bit of a dummy spit on Monday night and ended up spending the night in a motel in Junee after Emily posted something horrible about me on FB. I don't know what it was and I don't want to know, I only know it happened because my niece messaged me and was mightily pissed off with Emily. FB is evil but Phill has replaced Emily's phone and in spite of us agreeing she wouldn't have a sim card for now and when she did it wouldn't be one with free FB he still did it. Doesn't matter, he doesn't support my internet rules at home and gets angry when I try to discuss it with him, so I will just leave it and watch the fallout and there will be fallout. If Emily tries to complain about the goings on on there I will refer her to her father, she is now saying someone has set up a fake account in her name and is saying bad things. What a shame.
He wants to create a dictatorship where he sets all the rules (or non rules) but without thinking about any of it.
I will continue to try to lead by example, and I am certainly not bowing down, just changing tactics and trying to take care of myself for now.
