Sydney Break

What a lovely two days we've had in Sydney.  We drove up early yesterday and went straight to Macarthur Square in Campbelltown and waited for Ali and Nick and little Harvey, and my big sister Julie.  We found Julie and went out by the place we were going to have lunch and I turned around and saw not just Ali and Harvey, but my other daughter Mandy and little Jake coming towards us.  None of us thought Mandy would come but she was quite happy to.  I can't describe the joy of seeing them, I haven't seen them for three years.  Jake is so big and well spoken and funny.  He told me he wants to be an actor when he grows up and "be on a tv show".  He is very confident and could do drama training now and do well.  He warmed to me and called me Grandma and it was so sweet.
Harvey is eighteen months old now and runs everywhere.  After lunch I took him to give Ali a break.  We went up and down in a lift and I let him press the buttons.  It was all I could do to keep up with him, he runs so fast and he's only little.
So I had five of my children with me and I was like a pig in mud, we ate pizza at Panarotti's and we treated everyone which felt really good.  Nick told me he's going overseas in June, to Norway for a music festival on and island.  SO Nick.
Today we went into the city, found out about the signal failures too late and got stuck on a non stop train, me sitting next to Fatty the whole way.  Finally got into town and went and had sushi and sashimi, it's our "Sydney Thing" and walked to Darling Harbour to go to Wildlife World, which was fun.  Then we met my other sister and her husband and their adorable little grandson, Alex, who we met for the first time.  He is six months and just the most beautiful little boy.  We got lots of smiles.  Then we got on the train and came home and had quite a good trip considering.  We're ordering Chinese tonight then it's to the cemetery in the morning and off home.
Little Harvey.
Jake with his Harry Potter outfit, he kept those glasses on all day.
My big boy Nick with Jake's Harry Potter glasses. (He didn't know I took it heh heh).
How lucky am I?
Harvey.
Piggy backing sisters.

My beautiful girls and my gorgeous boys.

Our private balcony and the amazing pool.
More later, Princess Emily has commanded me to go to the gym with her.
