So, so tired but I am back on track and feeling slightly better. I've been researching ways to help the night sweats with diet and will try a few new things. Some funny things on the net. I was amazed to read that night sweats can be caused by hot weather, or too many bedclothes! Who woulda thunk it?
I can't get an ultrasound until early December, apparently they only come to Cootamundra every fortnight. We actually used to have an ultrasound place here in town. But I will go to the doctor earlier to find out the blood test and pap smear results I think.
I had to take Em up to Julie's this morning then out to Junee to pick up Phill. Then back up to Young to pay something off the Christmas lay by and we had lunch at the club there which was nice.
Phill managed to get the dishwasher working, for now anyway, we're not sure what was/is wrong with it but if we can just nurse it along till after Christmas we can replace it then. Even when I washed up with the hottest water using rubber gloves and a scourer it still didn't match what the machine can do.
If I don't get any sleep tonight I'll have to try to sleep tomorrow even though I hate sleeping during the day but tonight I was too tired to cook a proper dinner and we just had sausage sandwiches and while that's okay once in a while I've been a bit too slack with feeding them balanced meals lately. I want to cook salmon tails with salad tomorrow night.
I have to do a grocery shop and I desperately need a haircut. I think that will do me for one day.
We moved one of the computers into Josh's room this afternoon, he's loving it but I warned him he can't just stay in there all the time. Tomorrow we'll move Em's bookcase out of her room and put my desk and the other pc in there so we can get the loungeroom all cleaned up ready to decorate for Christmas.
Ronan Keating's hair looks dicky.

I can remember when I got the night sweats.
Was always one that wore bed clothes and hubby was quite delighted that I threw everything off.
After a month of that I did go to my GYN and he said he could cure those and put me on the hormones for it.
I told him my husband was going to be pissed off at him and he inquired as to why.
Told him what hubby always told me.
He was going to have to ask the coroner to dress me if he ever had to identify my body because he wouldn't know what I looked like without my clothes on.
That got a laugh out of him. :0)
Had to get nosey and see who Ronan Keating was. :0)
Not only does his hair look dickey....he can sing!
I think we all sleep with too much on the bed which doesn't help - good idea to have a fan on all night and windows wide open - people think I am crazy for doing this all the way out here on my own - but I figure if they are out here a locked window won;t save me - plenty of water beside the bed - I take 2 big glasses - hm what else - just pray I guess
