You can only see a flash of gold but they were like a cartoon show, the male chasing the female around and around the plant at the top of the photo. Around and around.
I'm sitting outside, it's so warm today. I cleaned down the table and put a new tablecloth and some new weights on it. Phill and I always laugh when we remember the day we bought the outdoor setting, when we lived in Northam. The guy in the second hand shop called it the "Rose Hancock" setting. It is a six seater, but with a removable panel in the middle to take out to make it smaller. I guess that makes it fancy by Western Australian standards.
We're just bbqing sausages and onion to have on crusty rolls tonight and eating them out here to enjoy this suddenly balmy weather. I have banana bread in the oven for dessert.
The cats have decided that Max's hut is a good place to hang out. Max mostly hunts them out but I think they ganged up on him here.
Noah can't sit still, he is off leaving Mum to doze.

The cats look so warm and snuggly! Wish I had a table outside, mine kind of got old and is currently being used as two separate benches outside.
love the photos of the cats - mating fish? thats a new one to me actually - obviously they do but not something I've ever witnessed! :-)
It is fun to read your blog posts as the weather warms up and ours is cooling off. :-)
