Had a pretty bad couple of days which I won't elaborate on and I'm feeling down and washed out this morning. It's Sunday so I'll have a quiet easy day.
Thank goodness for Emmy's I phone!

Okay, inspired by my blogger friend Pat, who looks amazing after losing weight, I got on the scales. I wish that I hadn't. 91kg. I knew I'd gained but wasn't prepared for that. My clothes still fit but this isn't about vanity now, it's about health. I'll be 53 in October and it's time for me to get moving and get back to what I was. So I'm not going to whine about it, I'm just going to do it. I've had one cup of tea this morning and I will go out and make a healthy breakfast. I got rid of most of my WW and Syms books when we moved in here, but they were all soft cover and very shabby and falling apart after much use. They were also outdated. Whether or not I join Weight Watchers again is still undecided but I did it long enough to know what I'm supposed to be doing.
So my food blog will now hopefully contain only weight friendly recipes, but that's okay, it's a great challenge.
I think I'll do Crunchy Nut Chicken tonight. It's a great recipe that I've mentioned here before. This stupid computer is pissing me off so I'm going.

Again tonight...he asked Jill if I was going out to see my boyfriend. Guess I've blown his theory ( tonight anyway. ) Been knitting ....time to put on pj's, take my makeup off and call it a night. Tomorrow will be a different day. I'm enjoying busting his balls! ;0)

Hailey had her puppies this morning and they all died,she and I are very sad. I finally got the dead ones away from her and cleaned everything up but now shes just sitting on my lap won't let me put her down and sometimes she starts pantting really hard,why? What should I do for her?
Awwwwwwww! I want one! LOL They are so adorable!
Oh no Nat! Poor Hailey and poor you. Harley had two or three litters where some died,one litter three out of four didn't make it, it was heartbreaking, we called the survivor "Lucky". Hope she's okay.
